Leadership Coaching & Executive Partnership
A new era of
leadership is
emerging.
You've built something real. From the outside, your success is undeniable. From the inside, something feels incomplete. You're ready for a different way — one that invites depth, presence, and clarity without sacrificing results.
"The future of leadership doesn't belong to the loudest voice in the room. It belongs to the most present one."
— Kim Plutte
Purpose-driven leadership.
Soul-aligned success.
You don't want less success. You want success that doesn't require you to harden, disconnect, or perform leadership the way you were taught.
The leaders I work with are redefining what's possible — not by stepping away from ambition, but by evolving how ambition is expressed.
- Listening more deeply — to their people and themselves
- Creating environments where respect and accountability coexist
- Reducing toxicity without lowering standards
- Leading with presence instead of control
- Making decisions that are both strategic and intuitive
This kind of leadership doesn't weaken performance. It elevates it. Teams become more engaged. Communication becomes cleaner. Creativity expands. And yes — profits grow.

11 Practices That Change
How You Listen, Lead, and Think
What if the most powerful thing you could offer someone isn't advice, strategy, or answers — but the space to think? This guide gives you 11 concrete practices rooted in Generative Attention, ready to use in your next meeting, conversation, or coaching moment.
- Listen in ways that ignite another person's thinking
- Ask questions that open rather than lead
- Create environments where every voice contributes fully
- Shift from urgency to ease — without losing momentum
I see in you what
you haven't yet
seen in yourself.
Championing others into their own greatness isn't something I learned. It's something I was born to do. I have a natural gift for seeing the full magnitude of who you are — your potential, your power, your purpose — often long before you can see it yourself.
I don't coach from the sidelines. I champion from the inside. I become a true right-hand partner — standing firmly in your corner, holding the vision of what's possible for you even on the days you can't hold it yourself.
I didn't come to this work
from theory.
I came to it from experience. I know this path because I've walked it.
I spent years leading inside traditional leadership structures — carrying the responsibility, making the decisions, growing companies, and holding the weight that comes with being accountable for people and outcomes. I succeeded by the standards I was given. And over time, I realized that success didn't have to be built on pressure, control, or constant self-sacrifice.
The shift didn't happen quietly.
When I began doing the deeper work — aligning how I led with who I actually was — people noticed. Not everyone welcomed it. Change rarely arrives without resistance, and mine was no exception. There were those who questioned the shift, who preferred the version of me that operated from pressure and performance.
But I kept going. Because I could feel something becoming true that I couldn't yet fully articulate: that the more aligned I became, the better everything worked.
The results spoke clearly. I had always produced. Now I was achieving at a level that surprised even me — not because I was pushing harder, but because I was finally moving in the same direction as myself. The friction was gone. The clarity was extraordinary.
And it wasn't just my professional life that transformed. My personal life flourished. My relationships deepened. The version of me that showed up at work was the same one that came home. That kind of wholeness — that's what alignment actually feels like.
This is the journey I now walk alongside my clients. Not because I read about it. Because I lived it.
Today, I work with CEOs, founders, emerging leaders, and high-achieving professionals — especially women and values-driven leaders — who feel the tension between who they are and how they've been told they need to lead in order to succeed.
My work blends strategic leadership coaching with deep personal development, because the two are inseparable. When we shift how you relate to yourself, it reshapes how you lead, how you're perceived, and how you experience your life.
Start the ConversationThis is not surface-level coaching.
This is real transformation.
Our work weaves together practical leadership strategy with deep personal development — because sustainable success doesn't come from another tool or framework. It comes from the internal work that most leaders avoid.
This is not transactional coaching. It's a partnership.
I work closely with leaders through one-on-one coaching, ongoing advisory relationships, and deeper immersive work — shaped entirely by what you need and where you are.
Some clients come navigating high-stakes business decisions. Others arrive in the middle of personal transitions, leadership challenges, or moments of deep reassessment. Most are moving through some combination of all three.
We work together weekly — in focused 6 or 12-month engagements — so the work has the depth, continuity, and momentum to create real and lasting change.
Deep Self-Awareness
We slow down long enough to notice what's actually driving you. We examine inherited beliefs about power, success, and worth — and how they're shaping your leadership right now.
Conscious Leadership
Advanced mindset practices, presence work, and generative tools that sharpen decision-making. We build the inner conditions for clarity, creativity, and aligned action.
Strategic Partnership
A trusted thought partner — a steady, grounded presence for both strategy and self-inquiry. Specializing in partnering with CEOs and senior leaders as they scale financially, operationally, and culturally.
Action & Execution
Insight without momentum is just reflection. We translate clarity into concrete moves — bold decisions, aligned priorities, and the accountability structures that turn your vision into measurable, lasting results.
What it feels like to have
someone truly in your corner.
These are the words of leaders who have experienced what it means to be deeply seen, genuinely believed in, and championed into their next level.
"After 40 years in business, I've learned more about myself — and my company — in one year with Kim than in all the decades before. She took the time to understand how I lead, then helped me evolve in ways I never anticipated. My team is stronger. My business is clearer and stronger — the growth and metrics speak for themselves. And I show up differently as a leader every single day. If you're ready to grow — truly grow — call Kim."
Working with Kim has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. From day one, she has been an incredible guide — challenging my mind, body, and soul, and pushing me out of the stagnant patterns and belief systems that were holding me back. A year and a half later, my family, personal, and professional relationships have all transformed. I'm more confident, more secure in myself, and simply happier. I even bought my first home shortly after we mapped out the year ahead. I am forever grateful — and only wish I had started much sooner.
After our very first session, I felt more aligned and clear about my goals and direction. Six months on, I have achieved more in all the key areas of my life than I did in the previous five years, and I'm on track for my best year yet! Having Kim by my side has provided me with so many breakthroughs that I hardly recognise the previous version of myself — and the most exciting thing is, the change has been far smoother than I ever thought possible.
Kim's coaching has been transformational for so many clients. I'm honored to be one of them, and I know that working with Kim will help me better understand myself, my situation, and my options for success. Kim is great at seeing what's beneath the surface to get to the heart of the true issue — versus what is appearing on the surface. Thank you, Kim!
"I came to Kim with a dream and a frustration. I had spent years as a COO, capable of more, but unable to access it. Kim didn't hand me a roadmap — she helped me find my own voice. Once I became truly aligned with who I am as a leader, everything clicked. Within six months, I stepped into my first CEO role. That was just the beginning. I still work with Kim today, because this kind of growth doesn't have a finish line."
Let's Talk
The most meaningful
shifts begin with
listening.
If something here resonates, that's not an accident. The next step is simple — we start with a conversation. No pressure, no pitch. A powerful conversation with insights you can walk away with immediately — and a genuine exploration of what's possible and whether this work is meant for you.
